Golden Gate Wine Country Tour

Join us for an adventure through the San Francisco Bay Area’s wine country!

The Bay Area Horseless Carriage Club, in conjunction with the Santa Clara Valley & Santa Rosa Regional Groups, invites you to join us for a week of touring in Northern California. A committee of members from all three chapters have been hard at work for several months planning what promises to be a well orchestrated, high quality pre’16 tour that you will not want to miss. 

To date over 60 cars have registered!

Highlights include:

  • Tour of a restored and operating steam powered redwood sawmill originally built in the 1880’s.
  • Tour through the redwoods along the Russian River to the Pacific Ocean.
  • Bus trip to San Francisco with visit to the Academy of Art University's Classic Car Museum (not open to the public) plus guided San Francisco tour in vintage “Yellowstone Bus” like touring cars; with time to shop at Fisherman’s Warf and Union Square.
  • Tours of both Napa and Sonoma Valley’s with a catered lunch at one of the regions oldest and most historic wineries.
  • Poolside Barbeque, Lunch at the historic Occidental Hotel, Closing Banquet plus kick-the–tire hospitality events every evening.
